To make a reservation we ask that you contact our office at (011-52) (755) 553-2910. We cannot guarantee lodging for those without a prior reservation. To confirm a reservation we require a 100% deposit. If the deposit is not made by the agreed upon date the reservation may be cancelled or postponed and applied at the rate applicable at a later date, subject always to availability. |
Cancellations may be made at any time without charge when no deposit has been made. If the deposit is not made by the agreed upon date, the reservation may be cancelled. The hotel does not return deposits already made, but it does accept changes in the dates of reservations, subject to availability of rooms for the requested date at the rates of that period. In the case of Christmas, New Years, Holy Week and Easter Week neither cancellations nor date changes are accepted. When a guest has already checked in, early departures incur a minimum charge of one night. | |
